accessing the EFKs to create a park button

while i was researching how to create a park button for our phones, i came across the info regarding making them using EFKs. However i do not know where to go to get to the menu/file where the code is located at. we are using pollycom 411s on version 5.4.5.9750. anyone know where i should go?

below is the link i found that i want to use, Example 2.
