Hello

Since I upgrade to UCS 5.3.0 my VVX (300/500), I can't add any contact in the phone local directory

when I go through the phone to local directory, I don't have anymore the "ADD button" (the + sign)

is there any parameter to enable/disable in the config ?

best regards

Hello Kakiman,

The + sign would only appear on the VVX500/600 where the VVX300 or VVX400 would have the ADD Softkey.

Jun 17, 2015 Question:How can I add  a Speed Dial to the Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above FAQ post shows this in comparison between a VVX500 and a SPIP Phone.

Did you add any specific configuration like read only directory or others as this may affect it.
