background question phone settings

good morning to all

I turn to you with a question

I use this line in my template

but does not ask the file of the background and do not put it on the phone

I need something in my line?

Hello J.Silva,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

As already reminded in the past it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

 

  • In addition did you create a backup and check if the the configuration is actually present?
  • Did you check the logs if the phone tries to find the Background ?
  • Did you try an manually set the background via the Web Interface?

if i was reading the configuration guides and have everything as it says but not provisioned start the image file, the phone does not take
this is my line configuration

I had already asked you multiple questions which you so far have not completely answered.

 

These are again:
 

  • In addition did you create a backup and check if the the configuration is actually present?
  • Did you check the logs if the phone tries to find the Background ?
  • Did you try an manually set the background via the Web Interface?

You only posted a partial log so I am unsure if the phone tried anywhere else or shows errors you have overlooked.

 

I had also already advise that your Polycom reseller should be consulted for further support in my reply => here <=

 

In regards to the URL you are using, this looks like a BroadWorks placeholder as I would expect it to be something like http://www.domain.com/backgroung.jpg.

 

A simple test would be to copy the URL you are trying to use into a Browser. If the Browser cannot display the picture neither can the phone.

The phone according to records not find the file manually and take the picture and keeping it the phone, and search and order but only when I already put it manually, the URL resolves the tags and give me a link https: // dms015 .c3ntro.com: 443 / dms / xo / police / jvvx600 / walpaper1.jpg
