backing up Local and web settings IP Soundpoints

I've been trying to backup all a IP Soundpoint 560's setting through the web interface. Ver.4.0.4

The user's of these phones have "Contact Direcotories", custom ringtones set.

I've tried to excport, all but device settings, device settings, web, local, but none contain these settings.

Is their a way to get all the settings?

Re: backing up Local and web settings IP Soundpoints

Hello knevyn,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

If a provisioning server is used the phone will write its local contact directory to that server as a backup.

In addition any changed ringer settings are backed up if you use the Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore functionality.

Please ensure to provide some feedback to your old post and in addition to this new post if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
