Hi, I hope I could get an advice what could be causing beeping in background on Polycom 450- HD phones.

They are running UC 3.3.1.0769 (we also tried 3.3.4) with BootROM 4.3.0

 

There is Broadworks R17 on the server side, we raised a ticket with Broadsoft and they came back saying that beeping is not sent by the server (we don't actually see NOTIFY messages on test phones).

It doesn't happen always, it's intermittent and mostly on incoming calls upon a transfer.

 

Unfortunately we have received those phones from different sellers and they aren't able to open a case with Polycom.

What could be done to resolve the problem?

Good morning, Steffen!

 

I actually have used Form Search and therefore tried newer sipload 3.3.4 which I hoped would fix the beeping problem. Unfortunately it didn't help.

 

I forgot to mention we dont' have BLF in place (like in some of the stated posts) and Call Waiting is disabled for all the subscribers and hunt groups.

 

Is there anything else I could find here? Or you recommend use PPI?
