Currently my auto answer is configured and working correctly. However I would like to disable the Mic auto muting itself.

I am familiar that the cause of this is

call.autoAnswer.micMute="0" but 0 as a value should of set the Mic to be live when the call auto answers. I have attached my template. Please any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Gage,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

UC Software 4.1.8 is no longer supported so please upgrade to UC Software 5.5.1 instead.

Also could you kindly post a backup of your configuration rather than your configuration from the provisioning server as we need to see what the phone actually loaded rather than what you think it would load?

Best Regards

Needs to be removed as well but then it should be good to go, I appreciate this, thank you!
