Where can I access and change the timmer setting nammed: call.ringBackTimeOut?

I have Polycom Phones IP500SIP and I believe some IP501SIP.

I go to Polycom Soundpoint Config. based on the IP address, and have looked at Settings, Network, SIP and Lines and do not see it.

Hello Bruce,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Could I kindly ask you the next time not to simply respond to any existing post if the topic is unrelated or unconnected ?

I have moved this reply and created a new topic for this.

Many parameters like call.ringBackTimeOut cannot be configured via the Web Interface or are only added to later software versions.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Mar 08, 2013 Question: Where can I download configuration files from or create these myself?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above in addition to the Admin Guide explains how to create your won configuration files and utilize a provisioning server to load these.

For these older legacy phones the parameter is most likely part of the sip.cfg or phone.cfg

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
