Is it possible to set a call waiting tone that would alert you of an incoming call while you are already on a call?

The SoundPoint IP 650 user guide only says that "you may hear a call waiting tone" (pg 56).

I have been having problems with missing calls while I'm on another call... since there's no tone to alert me that there's an incoming call, if I'm looking at something on the computer or my gaze is elsewhere away from the phone, I don't see the phone screen lighting up with the incoming caller.

kennel120 all you can do is have the call waiting tone be the rington.

I find it that it would be useful if you can actually change the rington itself ????
