Fails to register Soundstation IP 6000 SIP Server. I see that the phone-shaped symbol on the left side is blank indicating no registration. And on this website appears in the error log serious.

Hello ChrisDuque,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The log snippet you posted does not show any SIP registration errors.

It dies show two things you should worry about:

000006.276|so   |5|03|soCoreAudio compiledOffsetsApply error: unrecognized verAudio 11 for headset

The SSIP6000 does not have the capability to connect a headset so I worry that the log is not from this phone or you are using some kind of weird configuration for it.

000028.036|cfg  |5|03|Error: file does not contain a compatible image
000028.036|cfg  |5|03|  Compatibility for image 0 is 0x00400000 0x00000000

Above clearly states that you seem to attempt to flash some incompatible software or are trying to flash a new software and are not following the requirements to do so.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains these post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Jan 04, 2013 Question: What does the message "Image is not compatible" mean?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

I would suggest you spend some time reading the FAQ post's and attempt to provision the phone as described.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello ChrisDuque,

can you please clarify the comment: "successfully lose the phone version videoconferencing"

The SSIP6000 has nothing to do with Videoconferencing.

I already replied with:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above post explains in detail how to add the SIP credentials for a SIP server. This can be either an IP address or a FQDN so I am unsure about your question in regards of a Domain name.

Your logs clearly showed that either the phone was pointing at a provisioning server which holds a software version that is not compatible or you are using a beta unit.

I replied in addition with this:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above explains in detail how to flash a new Software version. I would recommend UCS 4.0.4 as it gives you more troubleshooting possibility's.

For further troubleshooting you will need to contact Polycom support directly as the Unit itself was sold in August 2011 so it is well outside its warranty period so if you require support you will most likely have to pay a ppi fee.

Best regards
