Hello Dan,

None of our phones have a RS232 that is available to customers.

All of our phones support more or less (depending on the age / software Version) the following:

  • Apr 21, 2015 Question: Can I use advanced remote control possibilities / CTI?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

  • Nov 24, 2014 Question:Can the Phone send Telephony Event Notifications?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

  • Nov 10, 2014 Question:How can I check the status of a Polycom SoundPoint IP, SoundStation IP or a VVX Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above will give whoever you looking at to control the phone the ability to implement this in their product and control the phone via LAN.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
