Hello I have the Polycom VVX410, I would like to know how to replace the default image from the factory image so that when I power up all the phones it will pull down the new custom image.
Thank you!

Hi tbagalini
Please see my post:
http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/Custom-background-image-on-VVX/m-p/45539#M6947
depending on your PBX you can do the following:
in phone%BWDEVICEID%.cfg:
<bg> <bg.color.VVX410.selection bg.color.VVX410.selection="2,2" /> <bg.color.VVX410.bm.2.name bg.color.VVX410.bm.2.selection="location of image file.jpeg" /> <bg.color> <bg.color.selection bg.color.selection="2,2" /> <bg.color.bm.2.name bg.color.bm.2.name="location of image file.jpeg" /> </bg.color> <bg.VVX410> <bg.VVX410.color.selection bg.VVX410.color.selection="2,2" /> <bg.VVX410.color.bm.2.name bg.VVX410.color.bm.2.name="location of image file.jpeg" /> </bg.VVX410> <bg.hiRes> <bg.hiRes.color> <bg.hiRes.color.bm.2.name bg.hiRes.color.bm.2.name="location of image file.jpeg" /> <bg.hiRes.color.bm.2.em.name bg.hiRes.color.bm.2.em.name="" /> </bg.hiRes.color> </bg.hiRes> </bg>
The image needs to be 320 x 240 pixels
Hope this helps
