dial plan- digitmap replacement strings

Hello,

I am using replacement strings in the dial plan rules e.g. R9R2005500R1xxxxxxxxxx| so that when a number like 916505551440 is dialed the following output is produced 200550016505551440. Is there any to mask in the phone display and called number directories the inserted string 2005500? Thanks...

Re: dial plan- digitmap replacement strings

Hello madams,

to my knowledge there is no such thing and it would be a better idea to let the SIP server translate teh number rather than the phone as the phone digitmap only works off hook.
