differentiating between calls in the ring group vs calls to a extension

We have a PBXACT(Freepbx) system and Polycom VVX 600 phones. How can we differentiate between calls ringing in the ring group vs calls specific to the extension. Can this be done through the IP address of the phone? Under ring type there are two options (Ring Type and Private Line) but this doesnt seems to work.

The PABX you are using should be sending another Alert-Info field in the INVITE in that type of call to the phone.
