distinct ringtones for polycom phone VVX 500

Phone Information Phone Model VVX 500 Part Number 3111-44500-001 Rev:A MAC Address 64:16:7F:96:FC:D7 IP Mode IPv4 IP Address 172.16.16.249 UC Software Version 5.6.1.1740 Updater Version 5.8.1.0055

here i am using above phone , sending invite

Alert-Info: <external>

and configured following 

    <voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo 
                            voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.value="external" 
                            voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.class="custom1"
                            voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.value="internal" 
                           voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.class="custom2" />


but phone works fine with internal ringtone but external ringtone does not work .
