explains syslog messages

Is there a manual that explains syslog messages ? for example:

app1 |4|00|Event: Unrecognizable key - appKeyFunc = 327, scan code 0

or this one

so |4|00|[SoMediaSessC]: Unexpected Event: State: SoMediaSessStateOffering, Event: SoMediaSessEvLclIceCallCompletionStatusAvailable (0x41a9f558)

Or this one

drvAlsaBCM11107UnsetOutput: Invalid audio route, termination = 9

Or this one

so |5|00|drvCodecAudio: too many write errors. Disconnecting from play device.

Re: explains syslog messages

Hello Anton,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is not something we share with End Customers and the interpretation of the logs depends on the phone model's and software.

Sometimes its erroneous error messages that are printed into the log.

We would need to look at this from a support perspective and the scenario when this happens.

I believe your reseller is Westcon so please go ahead if you have any issues with your yet unknown phone model / software and work this via them.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
