welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is not something we share with End Customers and the interpretation of the logs depends on the phone model's and software.


Sometimes its erroneous error messages that are printed into the log.


We would need to look at this from a support perspective and the scenario when this happens.


I believe your reseller is Westcon so please go ahead if you have any issues with your yet unknown phone model / software and work this via them.
