In an old post I saw:

Jan 22, 2015 Question: How can I clear the warning indication / triangle or get details on the nature of an error?
Resolution: You can verify this via Menu => Settings => Status => Diagnostic => Warnings

There is no Status in Menu+>Settings. But after clearing the logs, this is what I got:

0901140644|cfg |5|00|Web||ParamParser|Parameter array dimension is unsupported: ""(4136)
0901140720|cfg |5|00|Prm|Parameter up.cfgUniqueLineLabel requested type 2 but is of type 7

Hello markcrobinson,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Software you are using is no longer supported to I recommend to update to at least 5.6.0 or at least 5.5.2

The FAQ article should still be correct but the log messages you see have nothing to do with the warning triangle.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
