Guys,

 

i would like to create a ftpserver for my phones. I need them to update the software.

Can someone point me to the right info about creating an ftpserver(filezilla?) for the 320/321 and how i can update the software from the phone?

Hello,

 

this is most likely caused by the Windows or any other Firewall in your network as there needs to be an exception for Port 21/20 and possibly for the Filezilla Server executable.

 

This is not an issue of the Phone but a network / PC related issue.

many thanks for the reply.

Sadley enoguh(for me) it didnt work. Despite the fact that my phone is pointing to my filezilla server, its still not updating and i am still getting the same error.

 

is their anything else i can do?

indeed, its the windows firewall(how could i forget that)

 

now i am also getting a could not connect to boot server notification, this happens before i get the application notification
