Hi 

 

we have depolyed VIOP in our network , we got VG204XM to connect analog device to VOIP Service.

 

but i am not able to connect soundsation2 to cisco switch 2960, i tried all color code combination still not working 

 

can anyone help me on this

Hello Baswaraj Telgool,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundStation 2 is an analog phone and needs an analog line. You cannot directly connect it to a VoIP Switch. The usually wiring within the RJ11 / RJ12 plug would be the middle two cables.
