how to turn off message waiting tone on vvx410

The VVX 410 is running Polycom UC 4.1.8 software. I have tried the old commands and new command mwi.reminder.enable="0". When loading the configuration file the app.log shows - Unknown parameter "mwi.1.reminder.enable" found, ignoring.
