how to use directory contact number including dtmf

Hi All,

SoundStation IP 7000

SIP 3.3.4

Is there a way to add a number to a local contact including some DTMF to be sent after the connection has been established?

eg.  1234567,,987#,,1234#

number is 1234567

then pause 2 seconds

then send 987# and pause 2 second

then send 1234#

Thanks

Hello @stx,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Nov 25, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of a softkey button / use EFK?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above shows an example of an EFK which can archive this.

Using a Speed Dial will not work with a Pause.
