It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

I am suprised at your reply.

You have now 3 options:

• Compare the provided FAQ post with Polycom community search results or utilizing other external search engines
  
  
• Contact your Polycom reseller if the unit is still in warranty and get first level support from them or open a Polycom support ticket.
  
  
• Contact your Polycom reseller and purchase Pay Per incident support if the unit is out of warranty.
