I've noticed that 4.0.13 is missing from the SIP download Matrix page, though still present in the latest software.

I'd like to confirm if it's still supported (for HD phones and SoundStations/Duo) or we should use previous version - 4.0.12 or 4.0.11?

Thank you

Hello @VoIPonaught,

as already stated in my original reply this is a simply fault in the matrix.

The latest software versions are always listed => here <= and 4.0.13 is there.

I reported this internally to get this addressed.

There are a couple of interop matrixes that are available to confirm software versions.

For the voice products it is located at Voice SIP software release matrix

And for video products it is at Software interop matrix - Video, VVX and Trio products

Well, 4.0.13 disappeared from the SIP Matrix (I don't see following your link) that's why I opened this topic, wondering if it's been discontineued or some bugs are found.
