I'm facing the following problem with one SP IP 321 and SS IP 5000 UC 4.1 rev I

everytime I change the Base probile to Lync Profile from the web interface the phone reboots and go back to Generic Profile. I tried to change it directly from the phone menu but the same.

 

I tried to factory reset the phones but the same.

 

any advise?

after consulting Polycom support, here is the solution.

 

downgrade to UC 4.1.0 rev b then upgrade again to UC 4.1.0 rev i

 

the BootROM must shows 5.1.0.73960
