my vvx1500 device refuses to bootup. when it get to initializing network it stops and i tried to download the bootblock, bootrom and sip 3.2.2 but did not know how to load it on the device pls can someone put me tru

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

I have split this post away from the one you originally replied to as this one was solved for the poster and your post is not related to it.

 

Can you describe what you have done and what Software was on the Unit before?

 

I would recommend to check the FAQ => here <=

 

Above contains plenty of Information how to provision the Phone and utilize a provisioning server to check the logs or use Wireshark to troubleshoot Network issues.
