I am trying to pair a brand new vvx d60 with a vvx 310 that has been upgraded and running software 5.5.1. I have enabled the d60 on the 310 and selected pc port pair as that is the way i have the d60 base attached to vvx 310 phone. The 310 then says to connect the base station to the pc port like it is not recognizing that it is already plugged in.  Do i need to enable the pc port elsewhere? I thought it was automatically on.

Again the attached log does not work. I suggest you open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

In this case it is AT&T SUPPLY I, LLC so please work with them.
