patching calls on vvx410

using anveo for my service.  

 

need to be able to be on one call put it on hold, pick up another line and get someone connected, then patch the 2 calls together, make sure they can speak to each other, then i can hang up.  is there something need to be programmed in phone for that to work?

Hello hodor,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The standard programming of a VVX phone should allow you to easily navigate via the GUI to make a new call and then either JOIN or SPLIT these.
