Hello,

 

I am confused about the polycom 2200-15600-001 and it is power supply options.  Does this phone have the option of being powered by POE and or an AC adapter or does it come in two completely different product/model numbers?

 

If I want to power by AC adapter, which model number do I choose?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

TheSoundStation IP6000 should be easily identifiable by a label on the bottom of the unit as such.

 

It is a IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet compatible phone as stated in the data sheet => here <= so any compatible PoE switch or PoW Power supply can be used.
