HP Recommended

I have an interesting feature, every time I call the mute appears, if I try to unmute, nothing happens.

 

I already upgrade the software to see if that fix the problem, but so far no luck.

 

Could it be the VOIP company the problem and not the phone?

 

I just run out of ideas on what to do, so any idea is welcome 🙂
