I dont have the new admin password of my polycom soundpoint ip 335.

Hello ByronVarela,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The standard Password and Username for our phones as stated in the FAQ here:

 

Oct 7, 2011 Question: What is the Standard Username and Password for a Polycom Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

 

If you have changed the Standard Password or purchased a phone and do not know the password then you need to contact Polycom Support via your Polycom reseller.

 

We do not publicly explain how to reset the password and will remove any post stating this procedure.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
