hello,

 

I am having issues with my polycom vvx310 (ring central) and did a factory reset.  Now it does not ring or even show incoming calls on the display. is there an easy fix???  I can dial out

Are you sure the phone is registered to the Service Provider ?

I would suggest you check with your service provide if the above shows that you are actually registered.

For further support you either need to work with ring central or open a Support ticket with Polycom via your Polycom reseller.
