question on the Polycom, Inc. VVX Color Expansion Module

on a VVX410.  could it be setup to show the caller id from all ringing lines and u just push button on side each line to answer?  put one on hold answer another and go back and forth between lines and people on hold? basically replace the actual screen and buttons on phone

This is not an easy to answer question as it completely depends who provides your service and what type of BLF / Busy Lamp Field they support.


If they support a static or an BLF URL Busy lamp field you get some Idea => here <= how it works..
