I have a couple 450s that are new and I am getting an "application not present" error on bootup. I have everything set correctly to point to our FTP server, to no avail. We have dozens of these phones in use and I have never had an issue before in getting one set up. I have setup a couple phones since I could not get these 2 to work so everything is ok as far as the FTP server goes. Any idea on what I can check? I am not an expert by any means so be patient with my somewhat elementary knowledge. Thanks in advance for any help!
