Hi,

there a problem with the Polycom CX700. I can`t find users with "Umlaute" like ä,ü,ö, or ß in their name.

For example: if a want to find "mühr", i press 6(m) 8(ü?) 4(h) 7(r), but nobody was found.

 

Has somebody a advice for me? How can i enter a "Umlaut"?
