need to reset parameters on phone to manufacturers default.

Hello,

The multiple key combimatioms described in the admin guide can be used to reset the phones.In addition the phone menu can be used.The faq and the community search should be used for further information.

I proceeded with that. came to the polycom config utility page and the admin paswrd wasnt working. Is there way to bypass? for full reset ? possibly locked from previous service provider? undo options?

We do not disclose the procedure to reset the admin password in public. This is also outlined in the FAQ and I will removed any post explaining how to do so.

You will need to contact your prior provider and/or Polycom support directly.
