reset password to default

Hello,

We have multiple vxx411 phones and it shows "default admin password in use.contact your admin" as a warning. I have changed passwrod to other and that warning still come back. i mean it reset back to default password. dont save settings. any idea why?

hi Nilay,
During the Phone boot process until the password prompt appears press the following keys on the keypad : 1, 3, and 5

This will take the phone back to factory default.
