spectralink butterfly handset not finding base station 400

Spectralink dect base station running PCS17A is up and running with line registerd to SIP server. When creating new login on wireless handset, server 400 not showing up in search list. Tried with several wireless handset model to no avail.


Also verified both wireless phone and base station built for frequency 1G9. Please provide any suggestions.
