Hi,

In the directory of my phone SPIP321, I have  several speeddials with a simple dialplan. But each time i try to use a speeddial, both via keyboard or directory, my polycom phone asks "enter more digits". At that point, i can only enter the pound key (#) and nothing happens.

What's causing this message?  How do I get my phone  to dial+send with  speeddials?

Many thanks in advance,

hans

Hello Hans,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Speed Dial you selected is 1 but the SPIP / SSIP Phones support over 100 Speed Dials (from my memory) so have you tried 01# instead?

The Digitmap is only working when the phone is off hook.
