I have a trio 8800 with version 5.5.2 that is registered (SIP) in a Samsung OfficeServ 7400 exchange, which has the disadvantage:
When the tripartite conference telephone function is used, the last participant (3rd) who joins the conference does not hear anything and can not be heard at the conference, either the latter participant an external number (cell or landline) or an annex of the central.
I would like to know if you have had this kind of inconvenience before, or if there is any version of the trio that is compatible with this equipment

Hello @sldt,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

We do mention what SIP interoperability we tested within the release notes. I do not recall seeing Samsung there.

 

Generally we are compatible with most SIP switches but the odd one may have a restriction. It could be as not allowing 3 calls on this extension.

 

I would suggest to work with Samsung support on this.
