vvx 201 ringtone not changing

with the following config

se.rt.custom2.name="Silent Ring"

voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.class="custom2"

having an issue whenever i change ring tone it does change in config files and also reflcts on phone select dropdown but does not change ring when i make call ,i also dont understand why dropdown shows 2 selected options , i have attached image for that,  nor its working when i use alert-info for internal calls using above config,
