vvx 400 barrel connector for power, not poe

there is a non-poe option to power this phone.  I don't have a connector that fits the hole.  I do have a voltage boost stabilizer setup.

I need the dimensions of the male power barrel.  I don't have calipers.

Hello @zappy ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The official part number for example for a US power supply is 2200-46170-001

still require dimensions

Your response is not a reply.  Yes, I could buy that.  This is not my question.  I need dimensions of the barrel tip connector in millimeters: inner diameter, outer diameter.

For example these are the measurements for the typical 5 volt barrel: [attached]

Re: still require dimensions

Hello @zappy ,

this community is hosted by Polycom and moderators are Polycom employees. Therefore we cannot provide details outside of what Polycom offers. We do sell power supplies and they will fit the connector on the phone.
