vvx 450 not playing appropriate ringtone

can someone help me for issue , whenever I change the ringtone it does change in config files and reflects same on phone all sources of config as well(as shown in attachment web, local, config) but rings default one while called,
and dropdown also shows 2 selected options in HTML rather than one,
 i get the same appropriate value of an attribute in export-all config as well,
config is attached.

Simply registering a new user but using the same IP as your old user will not hide the fact that you never followed up your old posts and therefore we are not willing to help you. In addition, the post is a duplicate of >this<

 

Checking your 

 

 

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

 

Our records show SCANSOURCE INC sold this VVX 450 back in 9/18/2019

 

As the unit is out of warranty PPI would be applicable.
