Hello, could you please advise what SIP INFO is used  in  Polycom devices  for updating  display information  within  the already established SIP connection?

We are using  device SoundStructure SW version 1.7.4  with card  Policom VoIP: 3111-33215-001 Rev=2 Region=1.

We trying scenario  attendant transfer  and use  Polycom as transfer target  but  it  doesn’t update  a display information.

Is it supporting  on SoundStructure?

If yes, what SIP Info is using  for such update?

Hello @Viktor.ar,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I believe we use the P-Asserted-Identity but I would need to see a log or a trace to verify this or simulate this.

As this is outside the scope of the Polycom community I suggest you get this via your organisation into Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
