For some reason, I've lost the forwarding soft key on my VVX600 phone. The three default keys come up as NEW CALL, DIRECTORY, and DND. How can I add a forwarding key back on my phone from the web interface? Nothing shows up in the Action box when I use the add soft key button. I've attached my config file if it is needed.
Thanks
Dale

Hello daleshew,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
The above is also stated in the "Read First"
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
Also did you backup your configuration in order to check if you by any chance imported a parameter that does not match your provisioning configuration?
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello daleshew,
there was never a case raised as you did not open a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.
In addition you never provided details on the call platform either.
Please check this:
