I am having issues getting a C100s to work with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  Having tried numerous options including the 3.0.0.29 driver, it would seem that the Vista 64 bit driver is mistakenly being installed rather than a Windows 7 one.

 

Can anyone assist?

Hello Rob,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have just plugged my own C100S into my Windows 7 Professional 64Bit Edition without any drivers installed and just Skype V 6.0.0.126 running and the unit was detected without issues and installed and is working.

Can you post an updated driver for Windows 7 professional and home premium? your current driver doesnt work, yes it doesnt work.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

  • Could you be a bit more precise in explaining what exactly does not work and what steps you have taken to test the current 3.0.0.29 driver ?

  • Is there an error message and can you see the C100S in your hardware monitor as a new device?

  • What Version of Skype Software have you installed?

For all further support please contact your Polycom reseller as I have not had any reports like this in the field.
