Hi,

I have successfully configured Polycom VVX 1500 to work with Lync server 2013.I am able to make call from VVX 1500 to VVX 1500 and from VVX 1500 to Lync Client 2013. But when i try to make call from Lync 2013 client to VVX 1500 the call stops on connecting on lync client but on VVX 1500 call time starts.the user using VVX 1500 is able to listen voice from lync client user but  Lync client user can not hear anything. One way voice coming.Lync Client to VVX only.

I have attached the Lync client snapshot.

Thanks in advance

Hello midhun,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The answer is rather simple. The VVX1500 runs currently only the Software UCS 4.0.4 which is not LYNC 2010 or LYNC 2013 certified.

Please ensure you are checking the release notes for full LYNC certification. This is currently only for phones running the UCS 4.1.x Software range.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
