Hi,

I have a VVX410 Firmware 4.1.4.

On the old soundpoint phones I was used to set the phones background using the microbrowser's idle screen.

 

This does not seem to work on VVX410 with FW 4.1.4. I've set the parameters:

        mb.idleDisplay.home="http://10.12.62.1/test.bmp"
        mb.idleDisplay.refresh="15"

 

But it does not load the image. I've also tried to load an html file with an <img> tag. Doesn't work either. Even JPG images don't work. The phone always shows the default blue to black gradient background.

 

Is there any trick or is this feature broken in the firmware?

Ok that works. But if you set the idle screen as your screensaver it will be display in full-screen. Is there a way to show it as a background image like in 3.2.x on the old soundpoints?

the design of the new VVX range is completely different and the idle screen will cover the whole screen.
