I am using 2 VVX 1500D video phones and the same thing is happening on both phones.  If I am on a call and press the Hold button or choose the Hold box from the display on the phone the call is immediately disconnected.  How do I place a call on hold?

Hello jlavalleur,

I have moved this post again from the Video Section into the VoIP Section.


A hold usually sends an Invite to the SIP Server which needs answering. I can only suggest to make a wireshark trace and check the SIP Signaling.

 

It is always useful if you post the Software Version of the Phones so others or yourself may be able to check the release notes for known issues.
