My new Polycom VVX 300 will not factory reset by any of the published means. I have tried resetting via the Web Interface, via the LCD panel Administrative menu and I have tried the 1, 3, 5 keypad reset. No method wipes out the old provisioning server data. I have done this many times  on the SoundPoint family of phones so I am familiar with this.

The phone's software version is 4.1.4 .7430  P/N: 3150-11530-414

It is as if the phone is ignoring the factory reset command or the local config file is locked somehow to prevent change.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
