As with most of the voice professionals that I know, I started my career as a network guy and then was “welcomed” into the voice industry by an employer. Since then I have been working in the voice industry for approximately 15 years. I started my voice journey by working on a Cisco CM (CCM) back in the 3.3 days. From there I moved to tw telecom (now Level 3) and helped to develop their SIP trunking product offerings. Prior to coming to Polycom I was working as an integrator with a company located in Boulder, CO. I worked on many different PBXs such as Cisco, Microsoft OCS, OCS R2, Lync 2010/2013, Asterisk and even had an opportunity or two to work on Avaya. After 5 years of working as an integrator, I decided to join Polycom as the Central Region Voice Solution Architect. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, rock crawling in my ’77 Early Bronco and attempting to golf!
