Polycom Tripoli 8800 with visual+ use camera on WebEx

Hey all,

Have the device listed above and it's logged into Skype for business. Sometimes however our staff need to join meetings in other online meeting platforms such as WebEx or zoom.

We know we can connect our laptop to the trio and screen share the laptops screen with our television in the conference room. But how can we use the connected eagleeye camera on the meeting? Currently we can only use the laptops internal camera and mic.

Cheers,

David

Hello @David Toniolo ,

We cannot discuss future software Versions within the Community.

Poly, as a US-based company, cannot share any future release dates or new features due to the requirement of non-disclosure agreement / NDA prior to this.

Via the medium of a community forum, we are unable to do this.

Best Regards

@SteffenBaierUK

No worries, fair enough.  But I'd guess that means your answer should be more along the lines "This is currently not possible with our solution."  No?  hah

Hello @David Toniolo ,

welcome back to the Poly Community.

Again this completely depends on the type of access you have into Poly. We do have a public Beta Program where customers can test planned new or sandbox features.

I can only urge you to work with a Poly Sales Engineer.
